6 garlic cloves, minced

â…“ cup + 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil

12 anchovies in olive oil, drained (about 55-60g container)

6 tbsp butter

For dipping: A variety of vegetables such as fennel, peppers, radishes, carrots and endive. Bread such as ciabatta or baguette.
