Cheese Workshop, Little Italy
The first of three cheese workshops during May and June was a great hit. Thirty people tasted six different types, got a Spinelli family history lesson and our HR specialist John Billiau (foodie extraordinaire) treated them to a mozzarella-making demonstration. The event was beautifully organised by Freya Fu with funding from the City of Edmonton’s McCauley Revitalisation Program. Here are the pictures.
