Chef Lino Oliviera (SABOR, BODEGA) showcases dishes from his Chef's Inspiration Series treasures from Portugal, a five course pop-up dinner at Spinelli Bar Italia, May 2nd. That means some fish dishes, including what to do with Bacalao (salted cod) as well as a quick and simple grass-fed Piedmontese beef and Alberta-grown mushroom medley.
