ABOUT SABOR RESTAURANT
Launched in 2008, SABOR is located in the heart of downtown Edmonton along the historic Boardwalk Market and steps away from Rogers Place, North America's newest world-class sport and entertainment complex. Here, Chef Adelino Oliveira and Christian Mena highlight their passion in food, music and hospitality with old world Spanish and Portuguese flavours and techniques, OceanWise sustainable seafood and locally grown ingredients. The 200-seat restaurant also features live music weekly and has been named in Canada's Top 100 restaurants by OpenTable and awarded the Silver Service Award by WHERE Magazine and the Alberta Les Clefs d'Or.
