What You'll Be Doing:

• Take basket orders and schedule production, delivery and shipping days.
• Manage basket pantry and supplies inventory.
• Make gift basket orders according to company guidelines and standards.
• Package orders according to transportation needs.
• Before using products, check ingredient quality and expiration dates.
• Keep a clean, sanitized and orderly work environment at all times.

Physical Requirements:

• Long periods of standing and walking
• Lifting up to 50 lbs
• Frequent bending and twisting
• Manual and repetitive tasks

What We're Looking For:

Education:

• High School or GED from an accredited school system or program is preferred.

Experience:

• A minimum of one year experience in a fast food or catering environment; however, we are willing to train the right candidate.

Skills and Abilities:

• Semi-skilled: Artistic/creative abilities with basket making
• Ability to work under pressure while maintaining a professional image
• Basic mathematics skills
• Excellent listening and communication skills
• Experience in a high-volume basket production is an asset
• Excellent listening skills and communication skills, both verbal and written
• Work independently with little direct supervision

Working conditions: Job requires employee to work a variety of shifts including mornings, days, evenings, weekends and holidays. Employees will be exposed to cold temperatures when accessing our refrigerated areas. Job also requires employee to work with challenging customers and/or situations.
