Rina Spinelli’s favourite dish to cook Frank – Carna Alla Pizzaiola

Veal with tomato sauce is the dish Italian Centre Shop founder Frank Spinelli loved the most and the dish his beloved wife Rina, liked to cook for him.

Ingredients

1. In a frying pan add olive oil and garlic
   
   
2. In a bowl crush the plum tomatoes
   
   
3. Add ½ the can of the crushed plum tomatoes then add the filets of veal add the rest of the plum tomatoes on top.
   
   
4. Add, salt, pepper and oregano and cook for 10 for minutes.
