Customer Survey Results

Thanks so much to all one thousand three hundred of you who took the time to fill out our customer survey. The winner of our $250 Italian Centre Shop Gift Certificate is Maryam Sadegian and our $100 Gift Certificate to our sister restaurant Massimo’s Cucina Italiana is Brett Lewis. Congratulations.

We’re analysing the numbers now and will tell you of the changes we’re making as a result soon. Here are some of the top findings.

• 57% of you are AMA members.
• 13% of you were born in Europe, 80% in Canada.
• Half of you spend between $100-199 a week on groceries.
• 40% of you live in a two person household.
• You spend $41/week on fruits and vegetables.
• You gave us an extremely high overall ‘Net Promoter Score’ of 73 – that’s not out of 100, but a complicated calculation and it’s off the charts good. Up there with Apple and Google ratings. Thanks.
• More then 40% of you have been shopping with us for over ten years. Grazie. Mille.
