Truffles arrived Saturday 20th Dec.

Each weighs about 30g, coming to a very reasonable $30. A totally affordable way to make a Christmas special pasta or risotto. A wonderful way to impress everyone at the dinner table.

Truffles stay fresh in the fridge for about two weeks, but you can also cut them up and freeze them, use as needed.
