Pizza Rolls
Ingredients
1 ball Italian Centre Shop fresh made pizza dough. (Or frozen & defrosted)

1 jar favourite pizza sauce.
|
Honey roasted ham.
|
Grated mozzarella cheese.
|

Method

Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface, cover with tomato sauce, ham and grated mozzarella.

Roll up into a sausage shape, cut into 1 ½ inch slices.

Bake in a hot oven at 375° F for ten minutes.

Pigs in a Bed
Ingredients
1 ball Italian Centre Shop fresh made pizza dough.
|
1 packet gluten free Natural Selections chicken sausages, cut in half.
|
|

Method

Roll out the pizza dough as above, cut into 1 ½ inch strips.

Wrap around the sausages, toothpick in place.

Bake in a hot oven at 375 ° F for five minutes. Done.

Deli Skewers
Kids love assembling their own food. Cut their favourite meat and cheese into cubes and skewer on a stick, adding vitamin packed tomatoes and grapes. Top with a bocconcini mozzarella ball. Make a bouquet with the skewers on an apple.

Alligator Veggie Wraps
Slice the kid’s favourite colourful fresh veggies into strips – carrots, cucumber, peppers are great. Place five strips onto two slices of ham, we used Tuscan Style Cotto, with two strips of mild cheese like Provolone. Roll up and add a mozzarella bocconcini and slice of olive for each eye.
