MethodThis’ll take five minutes. Pour a layer of tomato sauce in the bottom of a 18 x 11 (ish) baking dish. Sprinkle mozzarella and Grana Padano over the sauce. Then layer pasta sheets on top to cover. Then a layer of Béchamel sauce, more cheese, another layer of pasta. Next, the bolognese & cheese…Repeat until you’ve used up all the sauces and pasta. Save some cheese to top for the final layer. Bake in the oven at 350 C for at least 20 mins, or according to the lasagne sheets cooking instructions. Velvety rich, nutritious. Serves eight hungry folks. Add a salad of your choice. So good, we dare you to pretend you made this yourself from scratch. |
