1x 500g package of cheese tortellini
1 ½ tbsp butter
2 garlic cloves, minced
1/2 cup diced yellow onion
1 cup chopped carrots (½ inch pieces)
1 cup frozen peas
1 tsp fresh thyme leaves + more for garnish
1/2 tsp kosher salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1 tbsp flour
2 cups chicken broth
1/2 cup shredded parmesan reggiano cheese
Topping:
1/2 cup panko bread crumbs
1/2 cup shredded parmesan reggiano cheese
Fresh thyme leaves
