Quick And Easy – Arancini in Tomato Sauce


Does it get any easier to create such delicious authentic Sicilian? Bet this tastes even better than home made! Let us know.

You will need.


Ingredients


1 box Cucina brand Ricotta Spinach Arancini, (rice balls filled with creamy ricotta)

1 tub Massimo’s (the Italian Centre Shop’s own brand home made prepared foods) Tomato Sauce.


Method

SERVINGS: 4


  1. Pre-heat oven to 425 F, place arancini on baking tray and put in the oven for half an hour.

  2. Five minutes before serving, bring the tub of Massimo’s Tomato Sauce to the boil, lower and simmer for 3 minutes.

  3. Serve piping hot with fresh basil, salad or steamed vegetables of your choice.
