Quick and Easy – Sausage & pickled veg on a bun
This is so easy and a typical mix of ingredients from various parts of Europe.
In a hot frying pan, sear & seal these Cevapi Polish-style, made-in-the-USA frozen beef & veal sausages on all sides, turn the heat down to low with the lid on the frying pan for ten minutes.
In the meantime drain a jar of pickled vegetables & toast your favourite bread – house-made fresh-daily ciabatta pictured here.
Drizzle olive oil on the bread, add a couple of sausage per person and pickles on top. Done.
