Full of all of the delicious Fall flavours you’ve come to love, this salad is perfect as a meal or side, during the week or as a part of a family gathering.

It is that time again, back to school, parents rushing to get lunches ready, kids dressed and off to school they go. We have a great delicious idea that I am sure any of your kids will love in their lunches.

It has been a wonderful harvest of B.C. stone fruit and we are not wanting to waste an ounce of these. This nectarine, plum, and peach jam with vanilla bean is a great way to enjoy them after the season is over.

One of our favourite ways to pack lunches for kids and adults is creating a bento-box style lunch that includes a ton of delicious flavours!

Almost like an Italian antipasti platter wrapped together, the Muffaletta is one serious sandwich.
