Ingredients:

Strawberry Vanilla Elderflower Ice Cream Float

Sparkling Elderflower Soda

Strawberry Ice Cream

Vanilla Ice Cream

Strawberries & mint for garnish

Orangina Vanilla Ice Cream Float

Orangina citrus beverage

Vanilla ice cream

Orange slices & mint for garnish

Strawberry Lemon Sorbet Float

Strawberry Jarritos soda

Lemon Sorbet

Lemon slices & mint for garnish

Method

Strawberry Vanilla Elderflower Ice Cream Float

  1. Fill a glass with 2 scoops of vanilla ice cream and 2 scoops of strawberry ice cream.

Pour sparkling elderflower soda over the ice cream, garnish with strawberries & mint and use a spoon or straw to enjoy!


Orangina Vanilla Ice Cream Float

  1. Fill a glass with 3-4 scoops of vanilla ice cream.
  2. Pour Orangina citrus beverage over the ice cream, garnish with orange slices & mint and use a spoon or straw to enjoy!


Strawberry Lemon Sorbet Float

  1. Fill a glass with 3-4 scoops of lemon sorbet.
  2. Pour strawberry jarritos soda over the sorbet, garnish with strawberries, lemon slices & mint and use a spoon or straw to enjoy!
