Ingredients

Meats:

200g Mortadella (sliced)

200g Capicola (sliced)

200g Truffle salami (sliced)

1x link Pepperoni

200g Prosciutto (sliced)

1x package Herbed pate

 

Cheeses:

250g Prima donna

250g Manchego

250g Truffle cheese

1x package Goat cheese rosso

1x package Bellavitano

1x package Gruyere

 

Breads & Crackers:

1x Baguette, sliced

Rye crackers

1x Olive & sundried tomato focaccia

1x bag Tarrali crackers

1x package Breadsticks

 

Cans / Jars:

1x bottle Olive Oil (Colli is one of our favourites)

1x Balsamic Vinegar (Sapore is one of our favourites)

1x container White anchovies

1x package Smoked Salmon

1x 250g Creme fraiche or sour cream

1x jar Artichokes

1x small jar Pickled Beets

1x jar pickled vegetables (giardiniera)

 

Vegetables:

6-8x Baby cucumbers

1x bunch Radishes

1x Bunch of carrots

1x bag Baby peppers

1x package Chives (for smoked salmon)

Instructions

  1. For the meat & cheese boards, arrange according to your tastes and use the photos for inspiration!
  2. For the bread, drizzle olive oil on a plate followed by some balsamic vinegar for an easy dip.
  3. For the items in jars or tins, simply open and place a fork or spoon in each for serving.
  4. For a smoked salmon snack, use rye crackers topped with smoked salmon, creme fraiche or sour cream and chopped chives.
  5. For the vegetable plate, simply slice / chop the vegetables and leave the greens on carrots and/or radishes for a lovely presentation.

TIPS

  • Mix and match ingredients based on your own tastes
  • Switch out any fresh ingredients based what you can find in season or what you have in the fridge
