Truffle Lovers by Top Chef Canada finalist Vittorio Colacitti
Chef Vittorio Colacitti flew in specially from Toronto, taking time out from his two restaurants, The Good Son & Born & Raised, to wow thirty guests with an incredible truffle tasting menu. Event took place at Massimo’s Cucina Italiana, our commissary kitchen and events space. The full menu is reproduced below the photo gallery.
Every course was beyond delicious, Chef Vittorio is a natural, learning as a young (good) son, from him Momma and Nonna…he trained in many places, was a finalist in the Top Chef Canada TV competition, and basically we would like to kidnap him to Edmonton. Thank you Chef for a wonderful evening.
