Vittorio Colacitti cooks Calgary winner’s dinner
Top Chef Canada Season 4 finalist Vittorio Colacitti treated the lucky winners of our #Step Into Italy Passport Contest, Marilyn and Tim Relf and six of their closest friends and family, to a four course feast. They all had a fantastic time, helped no doubt by the skilled wine pairings courtesy of Vin Room’s owner Phoebe Fung and her sommelier Mayuko Dauden.
